Hi I've been using your machine for a about 5 years. I have severe planter hyperhidrosis. After doing a long initial treatment & learning my maintnance schedule I've had great success. In the past 2 months I've lost some of dryness. My toes & balls of my feet are back to sweating bad. (Drips of sweat) the only change I've done is we moved to a new house & it has a water softer. Can this be the reason for loss of succes? What do I do to fix it? I live in Virginia U.S. & the warmer months have begun. I normally up the volts every year which works but this year it's not. I have started back to everyday tretment but so far nothing they just keep getting worse.
Please help

Hello,
Yes, the water could be the reason!
Some users use bottled mineral water (like Evian or Volvic). Maybe you can try with bottled water too in order to see if you can notice a difference?
Let us know how it goes in a few days! _________________ You are welcome...

The problem was our soft water. I switched to hard water and after about 7 treatment I started to get back my dry feet. Now I'm back to completely dry!! |
