Markus,
As you know, I ordered a Hidrex GS400 after my Idromed 4PS broke. I used it since Jan1st everyday (except if my hands burned...I then stopped for 2-3 days) but have not been successful. I'd say reduction in sweat was less than 25%. I am a prior user of Ionto so I think I used it correctly - low levels of water 500mL/tray, 30-45 minutes per day, 26mV setting polarity reversal every 7 days. Can you please offer some tips?
Thanks |

Hello,
all the settings seem correct, but you also have to consider, that you now have a Direct Current device. Usually, with the Direct Current, most users are not able to run such high currents as with a Pulsed Current device (the one), therefore it can take a little bit longer with a Direct Current device at lower current settings to achieve success.
You posted this quest also in the internal board, there i replied some tips you can try out.
