My first treatment with Hidrex iontophoresis
Hi there,
I recently received my Hidrex PSP 1000 machine and I havent started my treatment yet.
I am just a bit apprehensive about getting a shock when I keep my palms in the tray. Can anyone tell me whether you get a tingling sensation as soon as you put your palms in the tray?

when you put your palms in the trays, the circuit is closed and the device will slowly start to increase the current until it reaches your setting. So you will slowly start to feel the tingling sensation, then it is recommended to decrease the current a bit till you have a comfortable iontophoresis current feel.
You donīt need to worry, just go ahead and start! Let us know how it goes!
P.S. the iontophoreiss unit you have is a professional one with a "electric shock" protection, so you must not be afraid for something liek that
