I must admit treatment requires a lot of patience...to see results I had to treat my hands everyday for a couple of weeks...I got cracked skin and sometimes it really hurt.. I put cream on the blisters to continue treatment. Then one day I noticed that there was no sweat on my palms! (I still have to work on treating my fingertips because they still sweat but hopefully I will get it under control). Markus is very supportive and answers questions right away!
