Are there 2 different kinds of machines? Am I using the right kind? I read some questions about pulsed current & direct but I didn't even realize there was 2 different kinds when I was purchasing mine.

Whichever kind I have is working wonderful, but was curios if the other worked better?

Hi Lorie,

pc or dc devices work both the same. The only difference is that pulsed current (pc) is much smoother and less painful than the direct current (dc). But if you´re doing well with your device, then there is no need to worry!

Oh,well mine is pretty painful. I do 15 min a day 4 days in the winter months & atleast 5 days in the summer months. It is worth the pain but since I will be doing this the rest of my life it would b so nice 2 be not so painful.
Any suggestions? Is it worth switching, I wouldnt want 2 mess up any success.

Hi Lorie,

as the direct current modus is quite painful for you, I think it would be worth to switch it! If your device is in perfect condition you just have to pay the difference from the DC to the PC.
Before, just let us know what do you treat (hands, feet, both..)and which are your treatment settings (voltage). Thanks!

Hi, oh that sounds great! I treat at 30volts on my feet for 15 min a day 4 to 5 times a week. How long would it take 2 recieve the pc device? It would be horrible to have my feet sweating again. Im so happy with my dry feet. I could never thank you enough!

as you have to treat 4-5 times a week, we would offer you following option:

yes, electrodes cables carrycase and grids remain, just send in the mains plug and the machine

you have to order it 3 times, this is 330 eur

return labels: depends on the country you are, we can do a pickup in appr. 20 countries of the world...
but mostly it is "not so complicated" to ship us back the unit with air fright to our service house

Hello,its been a while since I wrote but now finally have the money to order the pulsed current machine. I tried to open the link you sent for the machine but it wouldnt let me. Could you please resend what exactly I need to order. I now have the hidrex dc.

Also I had a different question.. For some reason some sweating has started up. Besides for the first initial treatment and real hummid weather I have never had an issue with sweat returning. It is winter & cold so its not the weather. Do you have any suggestions? Should I start back to everyday when I recieve the new machine? I have been sweat free for over a year.

in times everyone sweats through hot weather i would say it is normal that a slight sweat is on the skin, if you have the feeling that other sweat less than you it is time to intense the iontophoresis treatment

How do I intense the treatment? What should I try when I recieve new device,which I did order? I now do 20 minutes @ 30 volts atleast 3 times a week. What do you suggest?

intensing iontophoresis sessions means either to increase the time (of the sessions) the frequence (more sessions in a week) or the iontophoresis current strength, with a pulsed current iontophoresis machine most users experience that they can drive much higher currents without getting pain feelings

Thank you! I was getting worried it got lost.
I have been doing pulse treatment at 80% at 37 but through treatment 37 will drop to 35. Any suggestions? I am down to 3 times a week compared to 4 or 5 times with old machine. I do get some sweating on ball of my feet so maybe I need to up it. I guess trial and error to learn what I should use.
Thank you so much for all your help! This machine has greatly changed my life. I never thought I would be able to walk around batefoot without leaving puddles on the floor or slipping on my own sweat. The joy never gets old!

With 80% pulse width the device will increase the Volt to the maximum it can deliver @ 80% pulse width (max Volt is around 48*, if measured with a body resistance of 2000 Ohms). This can vary from user to user because of the body resistance.
Have you have washed your hands, feet or armpits with soap, or used lotion or cream right before treatment? This increases the body's resistance. Please clean your hands and feet with only warm water, since cold water increases the body's resistance too.
Have you drank enough? A healthy water balance lowers the bodys resistant too.
Use warm treatment water (can be even as hot as a warm bath), since cold water increases the body's resistance

It stops around 38 & 37 volt then through treatment it will drop to 35 but 37 is pretty uncomfotable for me so I guess I wouldnt b able to handle higher anyway. I have an extreme case of plantar hyp..so mayb thats why I cannot go higher?

Hello lorie,

I don't think this is due to the extreme hiperhidrosis. If with a pulse width of 80% the therapy is to uncomfortable, maybe you can reduce it to 70% or 60%, if necessary you may increase the treatment time (or do extra treatments for those defined places which are still sweating). Please note that so far the therapy is successful you won`t need to reach higher settings.
