| Do I need to do treatment at the same time everyday? For example if I started my treatment on Tuesday night can I do the next treatment the following morning? |

Hello,
No, you don`t need to do treatment at the same time. Time so not so important, but at the beginning it`s important to treat every day!

| Thanks.. I will make sure that I do it everyday. Is warm water better then cold and do I need to change the polarity every 4 days? |

some say that warm water works best for them , other say that cold water does! youŽll have to try it out! We recommend to change polarity every 5 sessions, but you can also change it after 10 sessions!

| It's up to you if you have the luxury of time...just be sure that you not do it time to time so that you could not encounter some problems. |
