Dear Support,
I have started my daily treatments before three days.
I treat my hands and feet simultaneously with Idromed 5 PS at 23 mA for 15 minutes. I was expected that I would feel something like tingling during the treatment, but I am NOT. Is this normal? I have added 450ml of water in each tray, so the water level is at the recommended limit.
I didnt want to start my initial treatment with the maximum current, so I am using 23mA at the moment. The only time that I can feel that the machine is doing something is when the treatment finishes and asks to remove the hands and feet from the trays. At this time I feel a light tingling, but nothing during treatment. Am I supposed to feel something during the treatment or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks and regards, |

Hello red,
thatīs the good thing about the pulsed current, most users nearly donīt feel anything, so it will be the same in your case! Some people experience the tingling sensation stronger than others.
If you feel a slight electric fence effect at the end of the treatment witht he Idromed PS it is because your are one of the small 0,5% or users having a extraordinary low body resistant.
This can be prevented
1) You ship in the device to readjust it for free to a lower body resistant level
2) Or you cream in the hands 1 hour before the treatment with our iontophoresis lotion Current Care
Regarding the water level, please read this:http://iontophoresis-device.com/hyperhidrosis/how-high-shall-i-fill-in-the-water-in-the-trays-t145.html
