Right to Cancel for Consumers
You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of 15 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won´t start before all information obligations laid down in the "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" have been fulfilled. You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by a notice in writing which you leave at our address, by a notice in writing which you send by post to our address, by fax to our business fax number, by email to our email address. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract.
