The sweat problems on feet have come back, although I'm running daily sessions of 20min x 30V. The only thing I can relate it to is that I picked up a sport of swimming two months ago. Have you ever heard that this may have an effect? Maybe of course some other reason, but I haven't changed anything else (1 yr of success before).

Also a question about upside of feet. Have you any good idea how to treat that. Just deeper boxes and more water or some other method?

This i have never heard, although i have learned that with Hyperhidrosis all is possible, so if you want to determine it you have to make a pause with this kind of sport and see if it affects the sweating.
