therapy has worked for me but i have some question
1-in our area water tap Disinfected by Chlorine that have a little high level. can it make problem are u recommend to reserve water in a bottle for a day to Chlorine be cleaned.
2-the case of idromed do not deep enough to cover all the Hyperhidrosis area of my feet what i have to do.

I donīt think that the chlorine makes a difference.
Regarding your second question, the trays are deep enough to cover all "normally" needed parts with water, if this is not enough we have described a simple routine in the priority section.

| i bought my device in iran. did u mean i have to buy my device directly from your Inc in germany to support or you need any certification code like serial number or something like that. |

Yes , in case you bought it over our resellers (anywhere in the world) you have to go there for support, not to us, or simply buy the support seperately.
