I have being using the device for over 4 weeks and have not had any relief of sweating. I need to know the process of returning the unit and recieving a ful refund minus shipping.

Hi there, sure you can ship it back, there is a routine inside the board, concerning correct packaging and the fastest and securest way to ship it back...
but can you tell me: Why havent i heard from your unlucky case before?
There was neither a mail or an Post or private message, nor a call telling us: I have problems, please help me up!
A good support is in most cases esential and the key to success, so if you want to give iontophoresis a real chance i would like to give you some kind of advice, and i am sure, we will have success in a short time. There is also 4 weeks left what is normally really enough time in most iontophoresis problem cases.

I did contact you twice before asking about the excess of more sweat since I have been using the device.

and we asked the problem seriously fro the fact of 9 treatments, but we have not heard in this post about iontophoresis does not work after doing 4 weeks treatment. 9 Treatments in 30 days are really as good as nothing, in the initial phase of iontophoresis a daily treatment shedule should be done if there is nothing against it (e.g.skin irtritations)
further i only got 2 other mails from you one states:
"I have just recieved my unit but the electrical cord is not suitable for my outlet. It looks like an outlet that may be for Europe. Please advise"
the second
"I purchased a product that charged me on my invoice of 704.00 I have checked my bank account and it shows a deduction of VISA PURCHASE BMT GERMANY TENINGEN I need confirmation what was charged to my account."
