I bought the idromed 5 PC year and a half ago and now i have problem to turn on the machine, suddenly its not working when i press at the button. i need to wait and try again and some time its work some time not. do i need to send it to you for repairing? i really need that machine please help i use it very often so i cant be without it for long time. do i need to switch the electrodes?

sorry that i responded so late, i was in switzerland with my family and without internet access to control the forum, also there must be a fault, cause it is monitored by employees too
however, please take a look to this first, in the most cases we can solve the problem via internet support

i tried to do the things that in the links you sent me but its still not working.
the machine working only after 15 minutes of inserting the transformer on and off to the electrical outlet.
there is an option that you can send me another machine and when ill get that i will send you my machine cause i really need to use it.

pls clarify:
does it not start the therapy or does it not start the self text or does it not start at all (lights were out after pressing the on button)
if it does not start: have you checked if the green led-light on the transformer is on
if not have you tried another walls plug?
is there any loose contact, if yes, where?
we got possibilities to send you another machine whilst repair but i think we should work first for a fast aid
i could bet it is your walls outlet taht causes a problem, maybe you try to buy another travel adaptor if there is a need, i saw you have EU plug and you live in Israel, so you should try to let the device work on newer walls plug, as we know they are the same standard
the device only commerces when the green light at the plug lits, it is normally not possible that the devices works some thimes and some times not, this we never heard before, so it should be only the plug itself

the therapy not starting and the green light is working.
now i can see that there is loose contact in the transformer wire but i dont know why that happen cause its look new. there is no rags in the wire.
so i think i need to but new transformer.

i see, so when you are shake (or move) the wire, the device light switches on and off, right?

does the device lcd-panel lit in blue when you press the on off button?

and the panel shows after the check routine (self test) that you can now place in hands or feet or armpit pads, but it does not start the therapy?

if the wire/socket/plug of the power adaptor would be the problem, then the device would not show you the blue led-screen- right
so youve tried all, the link given in our aswer above suggests?
i cant belive in real youve tried all, sorry, but verify once more youve gone ahead with the link the above post gives you after the first statement: try to do it like this
if yes, the device must be returned, pls do it like shown in the first link, we debit back up to 40 eur for the backshipping if it is a defect
