I started my first treatment last night. I am treating hands and feet separately, since my feet can tolerate higher current. My question is regarding polarity change -- is this necessary? If so, how or when do I switch polarity? For example, if I am treating my hands for 20 minutes...do I switch polarity in the middle of the treatment session? Thanks!
