I just got my idromed 5 ps. I did use it for the first time. Im am curious if the unit should be showing on the display the "therapy time", "take your hands,feet or armpit sponge out" or the "please switch off the machine" sign. Because when I read the operating manual, it showed there that the unit is displaying the said signs.
I had put my hands and feet on the machine for over 15 mins but my unit is not displaying the said signs. Should it be like that?
Furthermore, I set my therapy intensity to the maximum value which is 25mA but I don't feel any tingling sensation.. Is it ok?? |

Hello Salie,
yes, the machine should show one of those signs! It seems that there is something wrong...
- Have you tried to plug the device in different power outlets?
- Is the green LED light on the mains plug on?
