Hi There,



Ive just signed up for this forum as just discovered it.
firstly id say my machine which i have just had delivered was not bought through here,so hope i can still use the forum?

i purchased a hidrex gs 400 dc from a website online.
unfortunately i suffer both plantar and palmar,but the feet being the main issue of the two.

i had treatment on my feet at hospital which then encouraged me to look into getting my own machine. the treatment at hosp initially worked great but did start to not work as good toward end of treatment. i was only having one session a week for 6 weeks and not sure if that was the issue!? the first week after my very first treatment was amazing and want to get that back.

after doing some research i see it needs to be done more frequently.
my first of no doubt many queries i do have is at the hospital on their machine they did not put towels over the elctrodes but the instructions with my new machine supply them and say to use them? does it make a difference either way?

thanks in advance for any advice.
