First of all we would like to apologize the bad circumstances with the broken case. This problem does occur sometimes when the pack is handled too roughly. We will send you a replacement for this. Meanwhile, you may take another plastic bowl or plastic tray or try to fix the leackage from the inner side of the tray with a gaffa or tesa tape, whilst we ship a new item to you! (See instructions below)
But before we do that, please answer the following questions, you can send us via pm or mail:
- Is it one half or both halfs of the case that are broken?
- If it is one half: is it the one with the blue/dark grey closers?
- Can you tell me if the closers of your case are dark grey or blue, in order to make sure that you get the right tray model?
