Today, I received my Idromed 5PC and used it right away for 15min at 7mA to start. Amazingly,just hours afterwards, I feel my hands are slightly drier . this gives me hope of achieving complete dryness after perhaps a week.
However, after treatment, the case cracked as I was closing the latch. I dont feel that I was handling it too rough nor was there anything caught underneath. Can I return this for a replacement? It is the side with the latches and they are dark in color- dark blue to black in shading. The case itself is a light grey. I've have initiated a temporary fix by using some epoxy glue over the crack.

You havent to return it, we will change this out at no costs for you, sorry for the "defect" part...
