Hi, I suffer from palmar-plantar hyperhidrosis and I used the homemade iontophoresis machine before, and had no good results from it. I'm excited after reading many success stories about the Idromed, that I'm trying it out! I've also read posts by people who have also tried the homemade machine, saying that it didn't work for them, and then bought the Idromed, saying that it has been treating their sweating 100%. So, wish me luck, I hope it works for me!

Hi,

the homemade iontophoresis devices have the problem that they donīt deliver enough current to achieve a success for most of the people who have tried this device.
Most of this homemeade devices have only a small voltage. If there would be one with enough current....then it would be way to much! So better keep your hands off those devices!
