Hi,

I bought your device around 2 weeks ago and I have had around 15 treatments so far. Overall, the treatment has been 80% successful as the majority of my hand is dry now. However, I am still facing problems with the fingertips (directly beneath the nails) and the area under the little finger. In addition, sometimes my hand are becoming very cold which is equivalent to wet hands. Any suggestions?
